With its compact size and robust design using STEYR MOTORS technology, the 2 cylinder is ideal for applications requiring a portable and quiet engine, such as mobile power generators, forklifts, and hydraulic pump stations. It can also be used for off-grid power, providing assistance and confidence within a hybrid system to ensure power is always available when needed most. In addition, the 2 cylinder can be developed to work with industry solar controllers, such as SMA, to seamlessly switch between renewable energy sources and dependable sourced power, saving operational costs and ensuring peace of mind. It is one of the few engines of its size that is controlled by an ECU, allowing for remote monitoring and maintenance. In the event of natural disasters or remote locations requiring temporary power, the M12 can quickly and easily power portable emergency relief and communication centers.
