  • Specified service intervals
    STEYR Motors Australia strongly recommends that customers follow the specified service intervals. These can be found in the Operators Manual or the Customer Portal.
  • Approved Oil & Coolant
    STEYR Motors Asia Pacific encourages clients to only use approved oil and coolant. This ensure that warranty is not voided and the longevity of the engine.
  • Authorised Brand Representatives
    We have a wide range of STEYR Motors Brand Representatives in the region. It is strongly recommended to contact your local representative for spare parts and support. Their contact details can be found on this website.
  • Warranty Conditions
    Standard warranty for STEYR Motors engines is 1000 hours for pleasure and commercial operations or 24 and 12 months respectively (whichever occurs first). Extended major components warranty is 1800 hours or 60 months. More information regarding these conditions can be found in the Operators Manuals. Regarding spare parts warranty, the warranty period for replacement parts is limited to six months from the date of replacement, however, consumable parts are not covered by this warranty. Please note that when a replacement part is used to repair a defective part, the replacement part will not be covered by this warranty. STEYR MOTORS Asia Pacific will not be held responsible for any secondary damage caused by the replaced part, even during the warranty period. STEYR MOTORS Asia Pacific will also not be liable for any claim or compensation arising from improper repair or servicing carried out by its dealers.
