APU & Power Generation

The PU12 range—including 400V 50Hz, 480V 60Hz and 28VDC variants—is built around portability, compact packaging and operational versatility. Its modular, stackable format simplifies transport and deployment, while maintaining reliable performance across temperatures from -46°C to +49°C. With military-standard design, multi-fuel capability, Stage IIIA compliance and low acoustic output below 72 dB(A) at 7 metres, the PU12 is suited to defence, mobile and specialist power requirements. At the core of the platform, the M12 engine provides a robust 2-cylinder unit injection architecture developed for harsh operating environments and flexible auxiliary integration. Its compact configuration supports use with a variety of generator and support systems, giving the PU12 family a dependable foundation where durability, adaptability and efficient power delivery are essential.

  • M12 TCI 028
    The M12 TCI 028 is a compact 1.06-litre, turbocharged direct-injection diesel engine delivering 28.5 kW (39 HP) at 3,200 rpm and up to 100 Nm of torque at 2,550–2,700 rpm. With a dry weight of just 135 kg and compact dimensions of 746 × 450 × 397 mm, it offers strong power density for space-constrained applications. Minimum fuel consumption is approximately 240 g/kWh, and the engine is certified to EU Nonroad Stage IIIA requirements, making it well suited to auxiliary power, generation and specialist equipment applications.

    The M12 TCI 036 is a compact 1.06-litre, turbocharged and intercooled direct-injection diesel engine delivering 36 kW (49 HP) at 3,400 rpm and up to 110 Nm of torque between 2,550–3,050 rpm. With a dry weight of just 135 kg and dimensions of 746 × 450 × 397 mm, it offers excellent power density for space-constrained applications. Minimum fuel consumption is approximately 235 g/kWh, and the engine is multi-fuel capable and certified to EU Nonroad Stage IIIA, making it well suited to auxiliary power, unmanned platforms, mobile generation and specialist defence applications
  • PU12-30-400V 50Hz
    The PU12-30-400V 50Hz is a compact, deployable diesel power unit delivering 32 kVA at 400V, 50Hz, 3-phase (0.8 power factor). Powered by a 1.06-litre turbocharged direct-injection diesel engine operating at 3,000 rpm, it weighs approximately 600 kg and measures 1200 × 850 × 915 mm. The unit is EU Nonroad Stage IIIA compliant, multi-fuel capable, and designed for demanding military and specialist applications, with an operating temperature range of -46°C to +49°C.

    The PU12-30-480V 60Hz is a compact 32 kVA mobile power unit developed for demanding 60 Hz applications. Powered by a 1.06-litre turbocharged direct-injection diesel engine operating at 3,600 rpm, it weighs approximately 600 kg and measures 1200 × 850 × 915 mm. Designed for military and specialist use, it is multi-fuel capable, EU Nonroad Stage IIIA compliant and rated for operation from -46°C to +49°C, combining deployability, durability and reliable three-phase power in harsh environments.

    The PU12-30-28VDC is a compact mobile power unit delivering 29 kW of 28V DC electrical power in a modular, deployable package. Measuring approximately 1200 × 850 × 915 mm and weighing around 520 kg, it is engineered for demanding defence and specialist applications. The unit is multi-fuel capable, Stage IIIA compliant and designed for operation from -46°C to +49°C, making it well suited to mobile command systems, unmanned platforms, remote installations and other mission-critical DC power applications.
